6-Day / 5-Night Retreat Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival & Mountain Welcome
- Check into the traditional mountain homestay; evening welcome dinner.
- Master Qiao hosts an intimate opening ceremony, unpacking Emei martial lineage and the fundamentals of the week ahead.
Day 2: Breath Guidance & Postural Alignment
- Morning (07:30–11:30): Outdoor meridian warm-ups at the Birthplace of Emei Martial Arts, followed by foundational instruction in the 8-Method Wellness Regimen.
- Afternoon: Guided tea gathering featuring alpine Emei Xueya green tea, exploring Chinese medicine, joint health, and mindful living.
Days 3-4: Internal Energy & Dynamic Flow
- Morning (08:30–11:30): Progressive deep-dive into the remaining routines of the 8-Method Regimen.
- Afternoon (15:00–17:00): Master Qiao leads Emei Cicada Taiji, focusing on graceful release and core balance.
- Optional (Day 4): Traditional herbal medicine exploration at the Lingzhi Valley (additional fee).
Day 5: Individual Review & Certification
- Morning & Afternoon: Master Qiao provides one-on-one evaluations, correcting micro-alignments and prescribing personalized daily practice routines.
- Graduation: Official presentation of the Mount Emei Zhongfeng Martial Arts Institute Transmission Certificate and Academy Completion Diploma.
- Optional: Excursion to the Golden Summit (park admission and transit separate).
Day 6: Final Morning Practice & Farewell
- Sunrise closing practice, followed by a personalized health calligraphy blessing written by Master Qiao.
- Farm-fresh farewell breakfast and check-out.
